Pine cones Jam also … “Russian gourmet week”
ロシアの食材をそろえた「ロシアグルメ週間」が６日、東京で初めて開かれ、松ぼっくりのジャムなど珍しい特産品がＰＲされた。
ロシアの食品を日本に紹介するイベント「ロシアグルメ週間」は、ロシア政府公認の団体が企画した。イベントはロシアの特産品を日本の食品業者に売り込むためのもので、今回、日本初の開催となった。
品目はジャムや蜂蜜などからバイカル湖の水、シベリア産のハーブティーなど多岐にわたり、日本では売っていない松ぼっくりのジャムをＰＲしているブースも。
日本の業者「けっこう珍しいものがあって、その辺やっぱり興味ありますね」
日露の首脳会談が行われた昨年から、ロシアからの食品輸入額は海産物を中心に増加しているという。ロシア政府は今後も定期的にこうしたイベントを日本でも開催していく方針。

Since last year when the Russo-Japan summit was held, food imports from Russia are increasing mainly in marine products. The Russian government will continue to hold such events regularly in Japan.
