Mentaiko Spaghetti (EASY PASTA RECIPE)

1 serving spaghetti
50 grams mentaiko
1 1/2 tbsp butter
5 perilla leaves
handful of thinly cut nori

First thinly cut the perilla leaves and set aside. Carefully scoop out the eggs from the sac and put in a bowl. Add butter and set aside. Boil the pasta until al dente with a little salt. Take it out and drain well. Immediately put into the bowl of mentaiko and butter and toss to coat. Top with perilla leaves, nori and a dollop of mentaiko.
